SOUTHEAST ASIA, 2017
Building on individual baseline studies in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, CoST sought to build their strategy for regional programme roll-out. Learnings from from CoST interventions in Latin America were integrated into a comparative SWOT analysis between the SEA countries to develop a regional srategy.
EAP wanted to understand the key characteristics of public infrastructure investment, and governance and transparency in Vietnam in order to identify the extent to which CoST has a role to play in Vietnam to improve public infrastructure transparency and accountability.
Kidsville offers holistic education to vulnerable children in Ho Chi Minh City. Kidsville approached δevmetrix because the team weren't able to translate their data into insight that would help them to improve service delivery and attract funding. Their monitoring, evaluation and learning system is now fully operational.
